The design for the 1,00,000 square foot Corporate Headquarters centers on the key objective of providing a “hospitality-like” experience for the team and visitors;  and to establish a dynamic and layered series of workplace typologies that encourage high levels of interaction between staff. Themed as a “Garden in a Box” the building adheres to the principals of Vaastu with a pure rectangular form with no cuts and appropriate placements for offices and entries. Stacking double height spaces and inter connected green break outs the entire design is a play on levels and volumes instead of standard floorplates.
