The design was envisioned for the Corporate Office of a Real Estate company. The concept was to take the client’s logo which was a flying bird and incorporate it into the building facade. Using a parametric design approach for the facade, it is themed based on the idea of a soaring bird. A complex system integrating daylight, views and an abstraction of the bird was brought into both the interiors and the exteriors of the space.
