Located on St. Mary’s Road, Chennai, CICON is a modern, green, and tech-driven architectural landmark. Inspired by the mighty Aalamaram of Madras, a 450-year-old Banyan tree that predates the city itself, CICON pays tribute to Chennai’s natural and cultural heritage.
The design draws from Chennai’s historic brick architecture, seen in its oldest educational institutions and the Indo-Saracenic style. Using natural clay bricks instead of modern concrete and glass, the building embodies sustainability, efficiency, and timeless beauty.
CICON is more than just a space—it’s a hub for culture, collaboration, and innovation. With a presentation hall, seminar spaces, a library, an art gallery, a café, and expansive landscaped areas, it fosters creativity while staying deeply rooted in Chennai’s legacy.
