09 Aug 2014, IGBC Sustainability Endowment Lecture: Coinciding with the 10 years of IGBC’s green building initiatives and involvement of Green Building stakeholders, IGBC has launched an annual “IGBC Sustainability Endowment Lecture Series” in select institutions.
The lecture series shall be jointly hosted by the Institute and IGBC. The target audience would be the students and faculty from the institute, and other colleges of Architecture in the city. The objective of the series is to reach out to the student community and make them environmentally responsible at an early stage of their life.
Sheila Sri Prakash, the Chief Architect of Shilpa Architects, being a pioneer in the field of sustainability, has been invited as the Master Speaker for the lecture scheduled on 9th August 2014 at IIT Madras.
